Welcome to Coconut Grove. A charming walking village with tree lined streets that lead down to one of the world's most beautiful sailing bays. Coconut Grove is the enchanted heart of the Magic City, a tucked-away tropical treasure.
Best known for its quietly breathtaking natural beauty, the village offers a lush green landscape bordered by the shimmering blue waters of Biscayne Bay. Water sports and boating are popular activities, available right at The Mutiny’s front door.
Coconut Grove has been a haven of inspiration for such luminaries as Tennessee Williams, Robert Frost and Alexander Graham Bell. Over the years, Coconut Grove has inspired lots of music. Musicians who lived and created here include: Jose Feliciano, Joni Mitchell, Fred Neil, David Crosby, The Lovin’ Spoonful, and Jimmy Buffet. Jim Morrison performed here once, and they are still talking about it. Today, music and art still thrive, with monthly Art Strolls, movie theaters, Cocowalk, Improv Comedy Club, sidewalk cafes and live music all year round.
In the midst of a bustling world, the Grove remains a place of secret wonder, and serves as a gateway to all that Miami and the Beaches have to offer. There is an entire world here to discover; that is, if you can ever leave the comfort and ease of the Grove.
